Double Vision

Comic Strip

Double Vision is a newspaper-style comic strip that captures the humorous disposition of twin brothers Chip and Parker. Rambunctious eight-year-olds, Chip and Parker reflect the not-so-innocent joys of childhood and the characteristics of true friendship. The comic strip livens both the glorious and burdensome sides of childhood, school and family life.

What did I do?

I designed and created the characters of Double Vision and wrote and illustrated each comic strip. Illustrating the comics began with a quick notebook sketch which was applied in pencil to a 4-panel comic strip template. The penciled comic strips were scanned to my computer and inked and finished using a tablet and Adobe Photoshop.
